Dr. Kutsy opened her Bellevue practice in 1996. Today, she and Anna Volynkina, ARNP, see patients on a limited weekly schedule and provide ongoing primary care from the same independent office.
The practice focuses on clear conversations, prevention, follow-up, and knowing when a referral or additional care is needed.
